Course Goal / Objective
To introduce the tools and equipments used in the microbiology laboratory to the members who will work in the health field, to teach the characteristics of microorganisms, breeding conditions and productions, to control the microbial growth and to provide information about the harmful and beneficial effects of microorganisms
Course Content
Microbiology Laboratories, Microbiology Laboratory Working Rules, Microbiology Laboratory Vehicle-Devices and Microscopes, Classification and general properties of microorganisms, Microorganisms producing environments, Microorganisms painting and dyeing methods, Microbiological diagnostic methods.
