Course Goal / Objective

Displaying the basics skills of swimming as a sports activity and teaching these methods to others using the right methods, establishing the importance of swimming in daily life and in sports area

Course Content

This course covers the skills of the athlete in the water that the individual will need, the four techniques in the pioneering teaching methods in swimming, the features of the rules and facilities of the races with outcomes and turns, the use of swimming in everyday life and the sporting importance of professionalism
