Course Goal / Objective

Teaching the situation of beekeeping in Turkey, jobs of the honeybees individually, bee products, nectarous plants, bee diseases, pollination, rules of the organic beekeeping.

Course Content

In this lesson, beekeeping in general, honey bee works in the field, bee products, nectar plants, bee diseases, pollination prevention, organic beekeeping rules will be discussed.

LO03 In greenhouse cultivation, the appropriate growing medium (glass, plastic greenhouse, low tunnel) and the right type of plant are selected.
LO04 Produces seedlings in the greenhouse.
LO05 Applies appropriate production techniques to the plant produced in the greenhouse.
LO06 Provides solutions to the problems encountered in greenhouse production.
