Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to provide the students with information about weather, climate, climate element, climatic factors, acquire knowledge about meteorological events to increase the quantity and quality of plant and animal production, meteorological events affecting agricultural activities negatively and precautions to be taken against these events

Course Content

The effect of agricultural meteorology on the vegetation and animal production of climate elements, meteorological events affecting agricultural production negatively, global climate change and its impact on agriculture and water resources, the effects of agricultural meteorology on the structure of the atmosphere, atmospheric pollution and damage to cultural plants, weather, climate and climate elements
