Course Goal / Objective
To provide students with information on construction law of Act no. 3194 and within the regulations issued based on how to design based on the plot size; how the rules and regulations are read and the problems that arise during their implementation; the methods to be considered while solving the problems; municipality in free-market conditions, the relationship between client and architect trio; correspondence and relations with institutions and organizations; cost estimate, quantity survey, the new procurement law and the contractor-employer relationship.
Course Content
Stages of professional practice, design work, and project file and its approval, zoning law and regulations, relations with local authority and other public institutions, conservation law, working methods of the conservation boards, relations with boards, tender law, employer-contractor relationships. Metering, bill of quantities. Supervision and construction work. Coastal law and environmental law.
