Course Goal / Objective
To introduce paper industry in general, to inform about paper sector in Turkey and to teach paper production technology.
Course Content
Definition of paper and its history, general introduction of paper products, paper production techniques, chemicals used in paper production, machinery and equipment used in paper production. Stages of paper production. Types of paper, cardboard woods, lifting in paper production and the importance of tattooing.
