Course Goal / Objective

Cimnastiğin temelini oluşturan hareketlerin öğretimi. Artistik Cimnastik aletleri kullanımının öğretimi.

Course Content

History of artistic Gymnastics and general view,Equipment norms and how to use them ,Teaching forward - backward rolls and hand stand. Teaching hand stand and forward roll, Cartweel,teaching back hip circle,Teaching Straddle and pike jump off on vault table ,Trevalling and forward roll on balance beam and trevalling on paralel bars and kip to support,Practice to combine elements Front hip circle (male), back hip circle from low bar to higher bar (female),Teaching head sping on floor,Teaching round off on floor, Round off - dismond on beam, upper arm hang to support on bars,Hanging from higher bar, to feet on the lower bar to swing to dismont. Kip to support on high bar,Hand spring off vault table
