Course Goal / Objective

Concept of occupational health and safety, holistic approach to occupational health and safety; A culture of risk prevention at work; The importance of safety culture and its place in everyday life; Ensuring the creation and continuity of safety culture; Basic principles of occupational health and safety; The place of business health and safety in business management is to provide a healthy and safe life.

Course Content

Implementation of Laws, Regulations, Regulations and Other Legal Procedures in the Field of Occupational Health and Safety in the Field of Occupational Health and Safety, Occupational Health and Safety Measures; Occupational Health and Safety in Constitution and Laws; Responsibilities of Employers and Employers' Officers in Occupational Health and Safety; Duties and Responsibilities of Job Security Expert; Legal Sanctions, Criminal and Legal Liability; Principal Employer Sub-Employer Relationship; Organization of Occupational Health and Safety; Examination of Sample Supreme Court Decisions.
