Course Goal / Objective

The main aim of the course is to examine developments in the Turkish economy from the Ottoman Empire to the present day.

Course Content

The Economic Heritage of the Ottoman State, The first years of the Republic of Turkey, During the Second World War, During the period of 1950-1960, During the period of 1960-1979, Decisions of 24 January, Decisions of 5 April 1994, 2000-2001 economic stabilization program
