Course Goal / Objective
To explain the effects of the globalization process on the public finance, to be able to sort out the changes in financing and taxation issues and to comment on the gains and losses of the states against globalization as one of the most important factors of the international environment.

Globalization and public finance, concept of international public goods, examples of international public goods, financing of international public goods, development aid, international tax problems, international companies taxation, international tax competition, international financial institutions
