Course Goal / Objective
The main aim of the course is to examine the dynamics in the historical background of European integration process and to analyze the changes in the European Union since its foundation. In this context, the EU institutions, decision-making mechanisms and member states approaches to the European integration process will be examined within a theoretical and practical framework.
Course Content
Introduction to law examines basic concepts of law, the relationship between law and social order, sources of Turkish law, legal persons and business associations, branches of law, Turkish judicial system.
