Course Goal / Objective
To teach fruit species and variety production quantity and area in the World and in Turkey, pome fruits, stone fruits, berries, tropical and subtropical fruits and their cultivation problems.
Course Content
Fruit species and variety production quantity and area in the World and in Turkey, Cultivation problems of important fruit groups, their propagation, set up orchard, postharvest process and important pest and disease.
