Course Goal / Objective

Have a thorough knowledge of the laws and regulations relevant to environmental and nature protection, planning and designing process that a landscape architecture has to know

Course Content

Evolution of Human Rights and the formation of the environmental right, concepts of law, legislation, environmental management, administrative law, environmental legal provisions in Turkish and other countriess constitutional laws, Environment Law, National Parks Law, and implementing regulations relevant to these laws, legal regulations relevant to landscape architecture, European Landscape Convention and the other conventions relevant to environment
