Course Goal / Objective
Investigate the vital activities of plants within the scope of physical and chemical principles; learn about physical and chemical changes in plant cells and organs, learn about plant growth and development processes and motion physiology; effects of environment on these issues.
Course Content
Structure of plant cells, water metabolism in plants, uptake and transport of water and nutrients, water loss in plants, photosynthesis, nitrogen and sulfur assimilation in plants, transport of photosynthetic products, respiration, plant growth and development, hormones, movement physiology, stress physiology
