Course Goal / Objective
Criminal Procedure Law aims to eliminate all doubts regarding crime to reach the truths.
Course Content
In this course, these subjects will be taught :Definition of Criminal Procedure, History of Criminal Procedure Law,Interpretation of Rules of Criminal Procedure Law, Enforcement of Rules of Criminal Procedure Law,principles of criminal procedure law,Restriction of Torture, Right to Due Process,Judge,Authority of Judge, Prosecutor at Criminal Procedure Law etc.
