Course Goal / Objective

The aim of the course is to explain the main concepts and principles of law of succession, explain the concept of legal heir, explain the system of parental.

Course Content

The course will examine legal inheritors, the transactions related to death,invalidity of transactions related to death,abatement,equalization,the transfer of the Inheritance,receival of the inheritance,official liquidation and distribution of the inheritance.
