Course Goal / Objective

Teaching to students basic knowledge of the principles of law and transportation law

Course Content

Transport and scope of the concept of law, modes of transport, road, sea, waterway, air, rail, pipelines, storage transport-passenger transport, national transport and international transport, transport law resources, transportation law, the order of the provisions applicable to the international carriage of goods, the concept of elements used in the documents, documents evidencing the contract of carriage, the lower carry-main transport contracts, multi-transportation, handling contracts, the parties, third parties, transport agents, obligations of the parties, the applicable law and dispute resolution disputes regarding transport paths, Commercial Law and CMR liability of the carrier system .

LO03 Understands the conception of passenger and freight transport by road and rail and the provisions applicable to it.
