Course Goal / Objective
Introducing to students the legal profession
Course Content
Legal profession, the legal profession in the place of the judicial activity AND the importance of independence are described as the basis. Also the programme will deal with issues such as the rights and obligations of the lawyer, the lawyer in this context, the nature of the contract and this contract with his client and therefore the right to charge a lawyer, the right to demand advance payment and expense, the right to demand compansation due to the damage suffered while performing the tasks and authorization arising from legal contract.
