Course Goal / Objective

Teaching students the basic principles of banking law.

Course Content

Banking law is the main source for people who will generally paractice in banking and banking law.Due to the importance of banking legislation, the course will focus on banks, establishment, management, operation, acquisition, merger, liquidation, and supervision .

LO02 Has knowledge of estanblishment, activities, decision-making and management bodies, and inspection of banks.
LO03 Obtains information about banks union, certified public accountant, savings deposits, deposits and loans, and insurance fund.
LO04 Learns about banks merger, acquisition and liquidation
