Course Goal / Objective
Help the students to understand fundamental rights and rights are protected according to Europeand Conventions of Human Rights.
Course Content
In this course, these subjects will be taught : European Convention of Human Rights, European Court of Human Rights, Turkey and European Convention of Human Rights, Liabilities of Turkey in terms of this convention etc.
