Course Goal / Objective
The course aims to teach students the basic concept of the Marine Law.
Course Content
Introduction to maritime law, the scope and classification, characteristics, history, environment, sources of maritime law, ship; definition and characteristics of the ship ,naval register, right in rem on the ship, ship ownership, ship mortgages, offshore loan, the beneficiary, owner and armament subsidiary of seafarers, sea men,freight contracts, agreements passenger transport by sea, maritime accidents, marine insurance.
