Course Goal / Objective

The course will examine legal inheritors, the transfer of the Inheritance,receival of the inheritance,distribution of the inheritance and solutions for disagreements of distrubution.

Course Content

The course will teach teach who the legal inheritors are, how to share inheritance after testator dies and how to find solutions for disagreements of distrubution.
