Course Goal / Objective

Rome in order to ensure better able understand some concepts and historical development of the rules on private international law primarily provides information regarding the historical period of the Roman state and law.Roman Empire inception until now legal institutions, the emergence of concepts and ideas, developments, and today the impact on legal effects of this development, in this context, Roman law rules, especially the liabilities and property law, the effects of private law and comparative study with our current law.

Course Content

Student Learn the historical process of the Roman law, learn the impact of today's legal system.Learn the changes it has undergone until today and concepts of existing law. Our current national law and Roman law will win the understanding of the formation and development of effective legal system. Common law countries can evaluate our ties with other countries belonging to the same legal system and have the ability to plant it.
