Course Goal / Objective

This course aims to acquire qualifications related to quality management systems in business life of student.

Course Content

In this course, the definitions and concepts of quality, quality dimensions, quality approaches, relations between quality and productivity, process management, national and international standards for quality are explained.

PLO20 - Makes contacts within the scope of current issues in agriculture sector, manufacturing industry, public institutions and representatives of chambers internship and undertakes responsibilities in various working environments.
