Course Goal / Objective
The aim of the course is to help students learn the basic concepts and principles in the field of Citizenship and Immigration Law and enhance the ability of information and analysis in this area
Course Content
Citizenship law, general principles of Turkish Citizenship Law, the acquisition of Turkish citizenship, loss of Turkish citizenship, proof of citizenship and legal way to Turkey, according to the agreement the acquisition and loss of citizenship, aliens law, general principles of Turkish foreign law, the rights and freedoms of foreigners in public, private rights of foreigners, the political rights of foreigners.
