Teaching students the basic concepts of insurance law
Course Content
The birth of an insurance, The basic of the concept of an insurance,The internal and external distribution of an insurance, The benefits of an insurance, The types of an insurance, The ruling concepts of the damage insurance and the amount insurance, The subject,fact and resources of insurance law, The principle of the freedom of contract and the limitation of the contract , The concepts, elements, and attributes of the insurance contract, the establishment and the entering into force of the insurance agreement, The debts and obligations of the parties, The termination of the insurance contract and the transfer of the receivable insurance .
