Course Goal / Objective
This course aims to deal Law of Execution of Sentences and Security Measures to get enough information regarding new Law of Execution.
Course Content
In this course, these subjects will be taught; Basic concepts of law of execution, law of execution and international law,barring of execution,executioner,enforceable judgement etc.
