Course Goal / Objective

Aims to teach students the basic principles and understanding of the Capital Markets law, with both Civil Law and public Law characteristics, which encourages public to İnvest their savings in STOCKS AND SHARES and capital market instruments to participate in the development of economy more effectively and widely, which helps capital markets to work in trust, clarity and stability, which examines the rules regulating and monitoring the protection of the rights and benefits of depositors.

Course Content

Characteristics of the Turkish capital market, capital market activities, and their examination of the legal controls, Turkish capital markets and initial public offering of SECURITIES TRADED on a public stock companies, capital market institutions, capital market activities, the Capital Markets Board, the order imposed by the capital markets, capital markets, brokerage firms, investment companies and investment funds, capital markets tools.
