Course Goal / Objective

To learn Ottoman political, social, and cultural history.

Course Content

Aims to study on arrival of turks to anatolia, Ottoman Beylik and its turning into a state, conquestsin anatolia and balkans, conquest of Istanbul, civilization and administration during heyday and fall of ottomans
