Course Goal / Objective
Displaying the basics skills of swimming as a sports activity and teaching these methods to others using the right methods, establishing the importance of swimming in daily life and in sports area
Course Content
This course covers required skills for gym teachers about movement skills in water, 4 techniques in accordance with swimming teaching methods, competition rules about starting and turning, specifications of facilities, usage areas of swimming in daily life and the importance of swimming as a professional sports.
