Course Goal / Objective

To have knowledge about using of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles in agriculture.

Course Content

Agriculture and its importance. Definition and classification of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles. Using of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles in Agricultural Remote Sensing. Using of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles in field cultivation, horticulture, livestock. Using of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles in Data acquisition: Crops, soil, and yield monitoring and mapping. Using of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles in Application Technology: fertilizer and pesticide applications. Application samples in agriculture by Unmanned Aerial Vehicles -The world and Turkiye.
