Course Goal / Objective
To reuse functional obsolescence and functional changes, spatial transformation and to try to acquiring practical skills in giving information.
Course Content
Architecture and historical development of the concept of space, micro-and macro factors affecting the formation use, exchange and transformation of the space, current building, renovation, restoration, conservation, rehabilitation concepts and applications, reuse - re-programming, re-functioning reasons for buildings, original function decline of buildings, functional ageing of buildings, economic causes, evaluation of buildings and determination of the qualifications that might be data for design, selection of function and components apropriate for the structure, the concept of spatial transformation and its evolution from personal to urban spaces, the new function and re-programming examples, re-evaluation and transformation of spatial samples, and examine various examples.
