Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to provide students to get general knowledge about educational sciences and basic concepts,and as an educational institution to explain the functions of education and the foundations (Historical, Philosophical, Psychological, sociological, political, economical, legal) of education, importance of sociological change and innovation and new trends and the teachership as a profession
Course Content
The Students Know the Concepts of Education, İnstruction and Learning The student explain the sub types of Education, and the major difference and similarity between of these types The students explain the open and secret functions of education society The students explain the foundations (historical, Philosophical, Psychological, socilogical, political, economical, legal) of education Explain the relationship between education and other sciences The students define the Classiificaton of the Philosophical foundations of education and their relationships with each other The students explain Basic Principle of Turkish National Educational System The students explain the Legal foundations of National education Explain the properties of the teaching profession Explain the structure and characteristics of the Turkish National Education System on Historical Base Explain and Classification of Resarch Methods in using the Education Science
