Course Goal / Objective
The aim of the course is to transfer the principles of application and follow-up of the basic evaluation views before and after loan disbursement in loan analysis and decision processes in banking with theoretical and practical examples and to gain knowledge and skills in this subject with case studies
Course Content
In this course, asymmetric information problem, credit analysis, financial chart analysis, techniques to be used in loan analysis, evaluation of individual / commercial / short term / medium term loan demands, loans that are characterized by evaluation, regulation of loan analysis reports, examples
