Course Goal / Objective

To show the changing effect of different images of religious life on mental health.

Course Content

Definiton and types of religion and religiosity. Relation between religiosity and spirituality. Criteria of mental health. The crisis of the modern world. The relation of loneliness, hopelessness, anxiety, depression and suicide with religiosity and spirituality. The importance of religious and spiritual counseling.
