Course Goal / Objective
This course aims to teach the students about the approaches, methods and basic concepts related to scientific research. At the end of this course, students are expected to conduct small-scale research, evaluate scientific texts and develop a critical perspective.
Course Content
Basic concepts related to science and basic concepts (fact, knowledge, absolute, true, false, universal knowledge etc.), basic knowledge about science history, structure of scientific research, scientific methods and different opinions about these methods, problem, research model, universe and sample, And data collection methods (quantitative and qualitative data collection techniques), recording, analysis, interpretation and reporting of data.
