Course Goal / Objective

The objective of this course is to teach definition and types of culture, Components of culture, Cultural changes and behavior, Cultural changes and social change concept, Social resolution and mass culture, Relations between personality and behavior, Social stratification and social mobility, Behavioral Plateau - statutes and role behavior, Mass communication and society.

Course Content

The concepts of culture and organizational culture and their origins, the functions of organizational culture, the essential elements of the organizational culture, the expression of organizational culture, organizational culture change, classifications of organizational culture.
