Course Goal / Objective

The aim of the lesson is teaching the basic concepts and functions of human resources management and how these functions and processes relate on organizational effectiveness and psychological aspects of organizational systems.

The history of human resources management, Human resources management and psychology, Personnel training and human resource development, Motivation and rewards, Change management, Organizational development, Organizational learning, Career management, Performance appraisal, Management by objectives, Human resources management strategy, Human resources management practices in Turkey.
