Course Goal / Objective

This course provides an introduction to associate degree for Industrial Organization. Teaches concepts such as industry structure, behavior and performance

Course Content

Basic Concepts, Turkish Industry Analysis, Strategic Management, Industrial Risk and Foresight, Internal Organization Building, Physical Facilities-Plant Site and Construction Organization, Material and Production Control Mechanisms, Personal Management, Corporate Coordination.
