Course Goal / Objective

To teach basic concepts about union, collective bargaining, strike, lockout, To give information about legal dimension, activities, financing structures and inspections of trade unions, To teach the union membership, collective bargaining, the development and operation of the law of strike and lockout, To give information about the structure of social insurance in Turkey.
