Course Goal / Objective

Lecture lets the students gain the essential knowledge on woven fabric structure , learn the evolution steps of the fabric on the loom , learn the terms warp ,weft ,weaving raport , weaving draft , comb, armure , etc. , to learn the weaving patterns plain weave, twill , satin , basis and derivatives of texture and to create new weaving types is aimed

LO03 Determine warp , weft , weaving report , comb ,weaving draft , armure, etc. , in order to weave fabric
LO04 Prepare weaving report, comb , weaving draft and armure plans of the fabric structure
LO05 Learn basic textures and derivatives
LO06 To create new one from the previous basic textures
