Course Goal / Objective

Students use the loom as a design tool and practice on loom-controlled weave structures, weave drafting and manipulation of warp, weft and woven fabric. kilim and turkish rug knots are practiced

Course Content

Students use the loom as a design tool and practice basic weave structures such as plain, twill and satin in two-color combinations. Practicing weave structures using different materials
