Course Goal / Objective

In this course; make two and three dimensional computer aided drawing aimed to gain competencies.

Course Content

1 Run computer-aided design software with the drawing and screen editing commands.Make screenshots and drawing settings and close the CAD software. 2 Drawing using basic drawing commands and use the coordinate system. 3 Draw technical drawing with using drawing commands and adding text to drawings. 4 Ability to use editing commands. 5 Ability to use editing commands.To use the drawing elements. 6 To use the scaling elements. 7 Changing dimensions, surface treatment and adding a sign to add tolerance. 8 Computer aided design software from 2D (two-dimensional) to make data transfer.2D (two dimensional) using file extensions for data transfer. 9 Draw two-dimensional drawing samples with CAD program. 10 Introduction to isometric drawings. 11 Making isometric drawing samples with CAD program . 12 Introduction to the 3D drawing.Learning to 3D drawing commands and shortcuts.Application of 2D drawing to make 3D drawing with CAD program. 13 To draw a three-dimensional drawing samples with CAD program. 14 Make the printer selection based on defined outputs.To select the paper size to be used in printing.To determine the area to be taken out and be able to choose the print scale.
