Course Goal / Objective

Geological Heritage is accepted as the natural beauties (fossils, minerals, gemstones, metals, sinkholes, sand dunes, caves, volcanoes, etc) to ensure the protection of future generations, and to transfer them to raise awareness of students, who are new to geology geological heritage, geotourism and geoparks concepts and Natural Monument of Turkey qualified Geologic Formations.

Concepts related to Geological Heritage. Foreign and domestic institutions on Geological Heritage, Geological Heritage lists and their importance and conservation, Geological heritage and the importance of education, geological heritage lists of Turkey, geotourism capacity geopark sites
