Course Goal / Objective
To raise awareness about the technological transformation of textile technology and to prepare the students for future textile technology.
Course Content
Definition and classification of Intelligent Textiles, technological developments, materials and usage areas, biomimetic approach, phase change materials, shape memory alloys, nanotechnology, electronic textiles, future expectations.
