Course Goal / Objective

The overall objective of this course is to study basic labor law principles and practice in todays work places.

Course Content

Introduction to Labor Law, Basic Concepts, Worker, Employer, Workplace, Labor Contract, Rights and Obligations of Parties, Working Periods, Rest Periods, Fee Guarantees, Contracts for End of Life, Employment Guarantee, Employment Insurance, Worker's Freedom, Trade Union Organs , Collective Labor Agreement, Collective Labor Disputes, Strike, Lockout, Case Studies and Solutions.
