Course Goal / Objective

This course teaches the requirements of the cost of a building, duration, and quality for the successful completion of the construction work to be done before and during the construction in its general terms and in relation to the legal framework.

Course Content

In this course, laws and regulations, license purchase, inspection of construction, quantity and resource analysis, unit price analysis, construction contract, contract management are taught through theoretically and with examples.
