Course Goal / Objective
Discussion of urban planning approaches and urban components (such as application of development plans, traffic, density, housing areas, working areas, recreation areas, service areas, urban image and multi functionalism) in various scales and contents within the context of urban design and planning project proposals
Course Content
Application of development plans, site analysis (physical evaluation, questionnaires). Lynch analysis, SWOT analysis, urban planning standards, planning according to population density, project development
