Course Goal / Objective

When starting his career in office / construction sites giving information in various issues such as technical, administrative, legal, and so on.

Course Content

In the first step, construction is composed of decision, evaluations, program, selection of building land, project, quantities, preparation of survey and building files, declaration of building journal and project assignment to the contractor. Implementation is the second step of construction. Since works are set predominantly in construction site, in this part, organization and program about terms of reference of respondents of works, in which order they do their works and the period of their work will be explained with examples.
