Course Goal / Objective

To gain the ability to do an engineering project related to fluid mechanics applications.

Course Content

Each student will choose a project topic related to fluid mechanics applications with his/her Advisor, will write a final report and will defend it against a jury.

LO03 To gain design ability of water reservoirs and water distribution line.
LO04 To gain design ability of wastewater and storm water systems.
LO05 To be able to determine water demand and desing water intake structure.
LO06 Students shall learn knowledge about river morphology and modeling.
LO07 Students will be able to calculate the steady and unsteady flow profile using HEC-Ras program.
LO08 Students will be able to design the breakwater.
